The third effective strategy I use to manage my ADD is practicing breathing techniques. Engaging in focused breathing helps me relax and organize my thoughts. I discovered this method from Wim Hof, although I have modified the ending of his techniques to suit my needs better. I find these breathing exercises extremely beneficial. They significantly aid in calming my mind and improving my clarity of thought.
