This is the second strategy that I employ, which significantly aids in managing my ADD. Each morning, I begin my day with a warm shower for several minutes, followed by a cold water rinse. Initially, I was skeptical about this approach and thought I would never try it. It took me approximately five years before I finally decided to give it a chance. Having practiced this routine for some time now, I am amazed at the positive impact it has had on me.
