I think one of the greatest things I have ever done is learned to accept my ADD. When I did not accept it, it seemed like I was always fighting it, it seemed like I could never get a handle of it. But when I finally excepted it, and learned that it’s a part of me, my mind was able to move around all the frustrations of not being able to work with it.
